• Browsing this site is anonymous — our analytics are cookieless and we run no advertising trackers.
• We only hold personal details you actively submit (quiz, points calculator, newsletter, or a purchase): typically your name, email, phone number, and your answers.
• We never sell your data.
• Email us any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

Tool submissions. When you complete the visa finder quiz, the points calculator, or a form on a product page and choose to leave your contact details, we store the details you entered (name, email, phone if given) together with your answers, so we can send you your results and — where you have consented — follow-up emails about relevant guides and products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Purchases. When you buy a toolkit we receive your name, email, and order details so we can deliver access and honour the 30-day refund guarantee. Card payments are processed by Stripe through our checkout provider — we never see or store your card number.

Analytics. We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) that records aggregate page views, referrers, and country-level location. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and cannot identify you personally.

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we use are functional: if you buy a toolkit, a cookie keeps you signed in to the content you purchased. Our checkout provider sets its own cookies on its checkout pages under its own policy.

• Our CRM and email provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which stores contact records and sends our emails.
• Stripe, which processes payments on our checkout pages.
• A registered migration agent — only if you ask. If you request an introduction to a migration agent through the site, we pass your contact details and enquiry to that agent so they can contact you. We may receive a referral fee; this never changes what you pay.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we run no third-party advertising.

We keep submitted details until you ask us to remove them or until they are no longer needed. To access, correct, or delete your data, email [email protected] from the address you used, and we will action it within 30 days. Unsubscribing from emails is instant via the link in any email.
