Australian Visa Online ("we", "us") is an independent, privately operated information website about Australian visas. We are not the Australian Government, not the Department of Home Affairs, and not a registered migration agency. By using this site you accept these terms.

Everything on this site — guides, tools, calculators, and toolkits — is general information. It is not immigration assistance, legal advice, or a recommendation about your individual circumstances within the meaning of Australia's Migration Act 1958. Only a Registered Migration Agent (see the official MARA register) or a lawyer can advise on your case.

Visa rules, fees, and processing times change without notice. We work to keep guides current, but you must verify everything against the Department of Home Affairs website (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au) before acting. Applications and government fees go through official channels only — we never lodge applications or collect government fees.

The visa finder quiz and points calculator produce indicative results from the answers you give. They are planning aids, not eligibility decisions — only the Department of Home Affairs decides visa outcomes.

Our digital toolkits are one-time purchases for your personal use. Payment is processed by Stripe via our checkout provider; prices are in Australian dollars. After payment you receive immediate on-site access plus an access link by email.
