Refund Policy
Every toolkit we sell carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it didn't help you, you get your money back — here is exactly how that works.
The guarantee
All four of our digital toolkits — the ETA guide, the Visitor Visa 600 toolkit, the Partner Visa evidence toolkit, and the Skilled Migration toolkit — include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. No forms, no argument: if you are not satisfied, ask and we refund.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout.
- Put "Refund" and the toolkit name in the subject line. A reason is welcome (it helps us improve) but not required.
- We confirm within two business days and refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money appears within 5–10 business days.
The fine print (short)
The guarantee covers purchases made in the last 30 days and applies once per customer per toolkit. Refunded purchases lose toolkit access. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Government visa fees are paid to the Department of Home Affairs and are never handled by us — a refund from us never includes government charges. Questions: contact us.
